Do you like art? If so, what kind of art? If we think about it, we all like art in some shape or form. For some, art is a beautiful oil painting on canvas. To another, art is expressed through dance, while to another, it is expressed through one's fingers as one molds and shapes new objects made with clay.
Did you know that written text can also be art? Hence, I would like all of you to be artists with the freedom to express yourselves in any way that you would like. Every Monday morning, I will post a topic on my blog, which you are reading these instructions from. Once you have read my topic, you will need to leave a comment on this page. However, this "comment" should be more than one sentence. It should be your response to the question I am posting on my blog. I would really like to encourage you all to try to write as much as you can. However, please do not spend more than 30 minutes writing them. If you read a comment from your classmates that you find to be interesting, feel free to comment to them as well! Lets try to make this as interactive via the Internet as possible. Your responses and comments will need to be completed by 10:00 p.m. every Friday. There will be no exception! Therefore, plan on completing this assignment before the Friday deadline in order to ensure that you receive full credit, which will be 10 points for each week.
On a final note, these blogs are intended to be fun and to allow you to further practice writing in English in a variety of avenues. Be adventurous and express yourselves! Although I am primarily looking a lot at the content, I will also be looking upon your grammar as well. Aim for grammatical accuracy. Nonetheless, have fun, and do not forget, all of you are artists!!

Sincerely, I've never thought about my own eulogy. Although, after red this assignment, i just started to think about it. Sometimes, i am altruistic person but most of the time i am not; for example, i'll donate my blood next week because i would imagine how desperate is the person when it needs blood; otherwise, it could be departed. Somehow, I am a person that try to motivate a friend when it are in bad mood because we are human, certainly the person will failure in some point of its life. Some activities as exercise and diet, i am a discipline person; however, another activities as reading, i could not read for more than 30 minutes. I hope that i have more eulogy because i really do not know more. Thanks everyone! i wish a nice hot weekend! ;)
ReplyDeleteWhen look at the topic, I wanted to say: I still young! TAT Anyway, self-praise is not very hard.:D
ReplyDeleteMelody was a kind girl—at least all of her life was inclined to virtues and charity, though she was never perfect. Her aspiration was to bring happiness, but she had found out that only when she got rid of suffer totally can she have the power to help others. She was an professional music amateur. Although she was considered as should being specialized in violin, she devoted herself in academic learning and practiced to be enlightened. She believed the Chinese ancient culture and philosophy is the key to get happiness and enlightenment. She never perfect, but she was learned to appreciate and love her parents, teachers, friends, as well as every one who show ed up in her life. She was a vegetarian because she didn't want to hurt animals anymore, and she wish the world could have less disasters. Some of her friends might felt hurt because of her flaws, but some friends felt being loved by her sincerity. However, she never perfect.

ReplyDeleteI would like to talk about my experience of my last 5 years.
ReplyDeleteFor the most important adolescent education and mind growth of human being should be the age of between 13 to 19 years old. And I was educated by a lot of thing, which helped me to be an excellent man than the people from same age.
I raised from a family which is included by entrepreneur and teacher; my parents are entrepreneur and my grandparents are all university professor, therefore I has educated to a precisian by my family. Because they teach me how to be a real man and do not be a playboy. And I used playing piano to cultivate gentle personality. Secondly, because of my family. I like the voluntary job which is help and educate younger teenager. And I was to be a member of Waldorf Education, which is a German education system. Throughout this experienced job, I known that I am good at the volunteer of helping people. And this is the reason why I chosen and working at the American Language Program's ISO Leader and the coordinator of The Gateway Club. Thirdly, because of my parents are entrepreneur. I am fascinating with business management and psychology of how to communicate with people.
Therefore, because of my family that they did so much thing when I was a teenager, then I achieved a best personally which is I think. Therefore, the family and self endeavour are the most two things in the life of individual.
I won't hesitate to say that I am not a perfect person but I am good enough to be proud of myself. An independent, optimistic and progressive person is me. I am also a person who love social activities.
ReplyDeleteAs a independent person, I was responsible for myself. I self-decided everything in my life when I was a child. My parents don't worry about me much because they believe in me as I believe in myself. Independence usually comes with a love of freedom, so I am a faithful of the liberty.
Moreover, I always have a positive thought in any difficult situation. Thinking about good things that help me a lot because I can get more energy to fight and defeat with challenges. "Everything will be ok" and "Believe in your potential; you can do it" are mottos I usually use to encourage myself. I don't deny that I used to fail several time in my life and facing to my own failure wasn't really easy but I did overcome it.
The last thing I self-praise is I am a progressive person. I don't accept an idle life. I non-stop try to make my life better and better. Some youth in my country they are satisfactory with a life that people go to office in the morning and come home, then go to coffee shop or hang in out with friend to kill the time in the evening. A boring simple life is not my choice that why I chose to go abroad and discover new things.
That's some words I want to praise myself. It is not too much but it is enough for people have a good look for me. :)
